Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â Á×À½±³À°ÀÌ °£È£´ëÇлýÀÇ Á×À½ºÒ¾È°ú ÀÓÁ¾°£È£ ŵµ¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ¾Ë¾Æº¸±â À§ÇÑ ºñµ¿µî¼º ´ëÁ¶±º ÀüÈÄ ¼³°èÀÌ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: ¿¬±¸´ë»óÀº J½Ã G´ëÇб³ °£È£Çаú 3Çгâ Çлý Áß ´ë»óÀÚ ¼±Á¤±âÁØ¿¡ ¸Â´Â ÀÚ·Î ½ÇÇ豺 20¸í ´ëÁ¶±º 16¸íÀ̾ú´Ù. Á×À½ ºÒ¾ÈÀº Collette¿Í Lester[28]°¡ °³¹ßÇÏ°í ¼­[20]°¡ ¼öÁ¤ ¹ø¾ÈÇÑ Á×À½ºÒ¾Èôµµ(Fear of Death and Dying Scale)¸¦ º» ¿¬±¸ÀÚ°¡ ¼öÁ¤ÇÏ¿© »ç¿ëÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ÀÓÁ¾ °£È£Åµµ´Â Frommelt¿Í Katherine[8]ÀÌ °³¹ßÇÑ ÀÓÁ¾°£È£ÅµµÃ´µµ(Attitudes toward Nursing Care of the Dying Scale)¸¦ º» ¿¬±¸ÀÚ°¡ ¹ø¿ªÇÑ ÈÄ, ¿µ¾î Àü°øÀÚ 2ÀÎÀÌ ¿ªÀ¸·Î ¹ø¿ª ÇÏ¿´°í, ¼ºÀΰ£È£ÇÐ ±³¼ö 2ÀÎ, Á¤½Å°£È£ÇÐ ±³¼ö 1ÀÎÀÇ ÀÚ¹®À» ¹Þ¾Æ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·á ºÐ¼®Àº SPSS/pc⁢ Windows (version 10.0) Åë°è ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© Àü»êó¸® ÇÏ¿´´Ù. °¡¼³°ËÁõÀ» Á¤±Ô¼º °ËÁõ, ½ÇÇ豺 ¹× ´ëÁ¶±ºÀÇ ½ÇÇè Àü ÈÄ Â÷ÀÌ´Â paired t-test, ½ÇÇ豺°ú ´ëÁ¶±ºÀÇ Â÷ÀÌ´Â t-test·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: º» ¿¬±¸ °á°ú´Â ´ÙÀ½°ú °°¾Ò´Ù. 1. °£È£´ëÇлýÀÇ Á×À½ºÒ¾È Á¤µµ(¹üÀ§: 35¡­160)´Â 90.89Á¡À̾ú°í, ÀÓÁ¾°£È£Åµµ Á¤µµ(¹üÀ§: 30¡­120)´Â 86.78Á¡À̾ú´Ù. 2. Á¦ 1°¡¼³ ¡¯Á×À½±³À°À» ¹ÞÀº ½ÇÇ豺ÀÇ Á×À½ºÒ¾È Á¤µµ°¡ Á×À½±³À°À» ¹ÞÁö ¾ÊÀº ´ëÁ¶±ºº¸´Ù ³·À» °ÍÀÌ´Ù¡¯¶ó´Â Á¦ 1°¡¼³Àº ÁöÁöµÇ¾ú´Ù(t=-2.11, P£¼ .05). 3. Á¦ 2°¡¼³ ¡¯Á×À½±³À°À» ¹ÞÀº ½ÇÇ豺ÀÇ ÀÓÁ¾°£È£ ŵµ Á¤µµ´Â Á×À½±³À°À» ¹ÞÁö ¾ÊÀº ´ëÁ¶±ºº¸´Ù ±àÁ¤ÀûÀ¸·Î ³ôÀ» °ÍÀÌ´Ù¡¯¶ó´Â Á¦ 2°¡¼³Àº ÁöÁöµÇ¾ú´Ù(t=2.99, P£¼.01).

°á·Ð: Á×À½±³À° ÇÁ·Î±×·¥Àº °£È£´ëÇлýÀÇ Á×À½ºÒ¾È Á¤µµ¸¦ ³·Ãß°í ÀÓÁ¾°£È£Åµµ¸¦ ±àÁ¤ÀûÀ¸·Î º¯È­½ÃÅ°´Âµ¥ È¿°ú°¡ ÀÖÀ¸¹Ç·Î ÀÓ»ó°£È£»ç¿Í È£½ºÇǽº ´ë»óÀÚ ¹× °¡Á·¿¡°Ô Àû¿ëÇÒ ÇÊ¿ä°¡ ÀÖÀ¸¸®¶ó »ç·áµÈ´Ù.

Purpose: This study is to identify the effect of a death education program to the nursing students on their anxiety of death and attitudes toward nursing care of the dying.

Methods: The design of this study is nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of experimental group 20 and control group 16 in senior grade of department of Nursing G university in J city. The experimental group had Death education Program, which was a three days per week program, for 2 weeks. And post-test was carried out in the same way as the pre-test. Data analysis was done using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test, t-test, paired Sample t-test using with SPSS win 10.0.

Results: the experimental group was decreased in degree of anxiety of death and was improved in degree of positive attitudes toward nursing care of the dying.

Conclusion: The death Education Program can be an effective nursing education program for their Nursing students to decrease their death anxiety and to prepare care of the dying.
